1. About this website
This website is operated by Aaisha Lone.
The website provides information about Aaisha Lone’s homeopathic, holistic and energetic healing services, including homeopathic appointments, mother and baby appointments, Theta energy healing, Bach flower essence support, healing circles and face-to-face healing sessions.
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical doctor or other regulated healthcare professional.
2. Not medical or emergency care
The services offered through this website are complementary in nature.
Homeopathy, energy healing, flower essences and related holistic approaches should not be used as a replacement for urgent medical care, emergency treatment, prescribed medication or professional medical advice.
You should seek urgent medical help if you or someone in your care is experiencing severe, sudden, worsening or concerning symptoms, including but not limited to chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, symptoms of stroke, severe abdominal pain, severe infection, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal thoughts or any other medical emergency.
You should not stop, reduce or alter any prescribed medication or medical treatment without first speaking to your doctor, pharmacist or appropriate healthcare professional.
3. Suitability of services
Aaisha Lone takes on patients selectively. A free 15-minute consultation may be offered to explore whether there is resonance, suitability and alignment before proceeding with treatment.
Aaisha Lone reserves the right to decline to work with a client where she feels the service is not appropriate, where the client’s needs fall outside the scope of the service offered, or where another form of support would be more suitable.
If Aaisha Lone feels that medical advice, urgent care or another professional service is needed, she may recommend that you contact your GP, pharmacist, specialist, emergency services or another relevant professional.
4. Appointments and bookings
Appointments may be booked through the website, by email or by direct arrangement with Aaisha Lone.
Appointment types, timings and fees are shown on the Offerings page. These may be updated from time to time.
The current service categories may include:

5. Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the Offerings page or confirmed directly before booking.
Payment must be made according to the instructions provided at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless both parties agree otherwise.
6. Homeopathic remedies and pharmacy orders
For homeopathic appointments, remedies are not included in the appointment fee.
Where a prescription is recommended, the remedies will be ordered through Helios Remedies or another appropriate pharmacy, unless otherwise agreed.
You may be contacted by the pharmacy directly to pay for your remedy order. This payment is separate from Aaisha Lone’s consultation fee and is independent from her service.
The cost of remedies is usually in the region of £10–£20, but this may vary depending on the prescription, quantity, format and complexity of the case.
Aaisha Lone is not responsible for pharmacy pricing, payment processing, fulfilment times, postage, delays or policies operated by any third-party pharmacy.
7. Bach Flower Essence service
The Bach Flower Essence service may include a brief conversation and an in-depth reading based on the remedies selected.
Where a bespoke flower essence is made and posted to you, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Aaisha Lone is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, postal delays or events outside her control.
8. Healing circles and group sessions
Healing circles may be offered as group sessions by arrangement.
Because group sessions involve more than one participant, confidentiality is requested from all attendees. However, Aaisha Lone cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of other participants.
By attending a group session, you agree to behave respectfully and not share personal information disclosed by others during the session.
Aaisha Lone reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or not aligned with the purpose of the group.
9. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless Aaisha Lone agrees otherwise.
If you do not attend an appointment, or you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as missed and the fee may not be refunded.
If Aaisha Lone needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, she will offer an alternative time or a refund for the affected appointment.
10. Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once an appointment has taken place, fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for remedy orders, flower essences or third-party products once they have been prepared, dispatched or paid for through an external provider, unless the relevant third-party provider agrees otherwise.
11. Client responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and honest information during consultations and communications.
You agree to inform Aaisha Lone of any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, mental health concerns, current medical treatment or other factors that may be relevant to your case.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking appropriate medical care when needed.
12. Results and expectations
Every person responds differently to homeopathy, energy healing, flower essences and holistic support.
No guarantee is made that any particular result, improvement or outcome will occur.
Testimonials, examples or descriptions on the website are for general information and should not be understood as promises of specific results.
13. Communication

Email and website communications are not suitable for emergencies or urgent health concerns.
